Step by step
- Get a code with at least one credit from pricing.
- On the get a number page, choose Grindr and your country.
- Copy the number into Grindr's verification screen, with the matching country selected.
- Watch your browser — the code appears as soon as Grindr sends it.
- Type it into Grindr. Done.
If the code doesn't arrive
Give it two minutes before resending from Grindr. If the window runs out with no SMS, the number is cancelled and the credit returns to your code automatically; request a number in a different country and try again.
Afterwards
Make sure your email login works and is current. If Grindr asks again later, you can verify with a fresh number.
