When Numbers for Dating refunds a credit automatically, and when a payment can be refunded.

Automatic credit refunds
If a number receives no SMS while it is open (about 18 minutes), it is cancelled and the credit returns to your code automatically. The same happens when you cancel a waiting number yourself, or when our provider closes it early. You don't need to ask.
A credit is spent once an SMS arrives — even if the app later rejects the code, because the number did its job. If that happens, you can request another SMS on the same number for free while it is still open.
Payment refunds
Unused credits can be refunded to your card within 14 days of purchase. Write to support@numbersfordating.com with your code. Partially used codes are refunded pro rata.
What happens to the code
When a payment is refunded, its credit code is deactivated immediately and its remaining credits can no longer be used.
